someday (by all-4-1)

Someday when we are wiser,
When the world's older,
When we have learned.
I pray someday we may yet live to live and let live.

Someday life will be fairer,
Need will be rarer
Greed will not pay.
God speed this bright millennium on its way.
Let it come someday.

Someday our fight will be won then,
We'll stand in the sun then,
That bright afternoon.

Till then, on days when the sun is gone,
We'll hang on,
Wish upon the moon.

*There are some days, dark and bitter
Days we haven't got a prayer
But a prayer for something better
Is the one thing we all share

Someday when we are wiser, (when we are wiser)
When the world's older, (when the world is old and)
When we have learned. (when we have learned)
I pray, someday we may yet (let live, let live)
(to live, to live, to live, to live and let live)

Someday life will be fairer, (life will be fairer)
Need will be rarer (need will be rarer)
Greed will not pay. (no, no no)
God speed this bright millennium
Let it come
Wish upon the moon
One day, Someday, Soon
One day, Someday, Soon...

Whenever we feel unsure of ourselves, it’s only natural to belive that something will bring us good luck.  There’s nothning strange about this, but we shouldn’t put our faith solely in the hands of good luck charms, and above all, we should not depend on them.

We ourselves create good luck by believing in what we do.  If you’re optimistic and face difficulties calmly, you’ll find that the true magic lies within you.  Your strength and will to succeed are by far greater than what you’re likely to believe at times.  And this is the real "good luck charm" that you should always carry with you!….—the heart of kandrakar
